CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, we require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit.

  • Less than 48 Hours Notice: A 50% fee of the canceled service will apply and must be settled before a new appointment can be scheduled.

  • No-Shows & Last-Minute Changes (Within 24 Hours): Cancellations made after your appointment time has started, missing your appointment entirely, or canceling large/significant portions of your service within 24 hours will result in an 80% fee of the booked services, due before scheduling your next visit.

Help Us Help You: We know unexpected situations pop up- letting us know as early as possible within these windows helps us open up the time slot for another guest and keeps our stylists' schedules running smoothly. We deeply appreciate your communication and support in keeping our salon community thriving!

SALON ATMOSPHERE & DEVICE USE

To ensure a peaceful experience for all of our guests, we ask that all electronic devices be kept on silent or vibrate during your visit. Please use headphones when watching videos, listening to music, or playing games.

We also request that guests refrain from taking phone calls on speakerphone or engaging in loud conversations while in the service area.

RUNNING LATE?

We always do our best to work with unexpected circumstances and accomodate where we can. However, if you are running more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may have to be rescheduled or services reduced to prevent rushing or taking time from the guest after you.

 Please let us know as soon as possible if you are going to be late. Cancelation fees of 70% will be applied for cancellations due to late arrival. 

PARKING

We have complimentary street parking right outside and along the road.

Because we share our vibrant neighborhood with a busy dental practice just down the street, those prime spots can fill up quickly during peak hours. We highly recommend arriving a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time to secure a nearby spot and stroll on in stress-free!

CODE OF CONDUCT

At Philosophē, our goal is to provide an exceptional, high-quality experience where every single guest feels safe, respected, and valued. We proudly welcome everyone into our space.

To maintain this standard, we enforce a zero-tolerance policy for any form of discriminatory language, disrespect, or aggressive behavior toward our team or other guests. Anyone violating this policy will be asked to leave immediately. Thank you for helping us keep our salon a positive, inclusive, and beautiful community space!

ARE KIDS ALLOWED?

While we happily offer children’s cuts + other services, we kindly ask that parents do not bring their children to the salon unless the child is actively receiving a service. We are a small space so we have limited seating, especially when we’re all booked up! It’s important to us to ensure a relaxing and accessible environment for all of our guests.

For children scheduled for an appointment, one adult is welcome to accompany them throughout their visit. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a serene and relaxing space for everyone!

Please note: While we deeply sympathize with unexpected childcare conflicts, last-minute cancellations due to childcare are still subject to our standard cancellation policy.

We want your time with us to feel like a true escape! To ensure you are completely comfortable and taken care of, we proudly offer a variety of complimentary amenities for our guests:

  • Snacks & Beverages: Enjoy a wide selection of complimentary hot and cold beverages alongside a curated variety of snacks—including allergy-friendly and gluten-free options.

  • Device Charging: Low battery? No problem. We have complimentary chargers available for all device types right at your station so you can stay connected (or fully charged for a post-salon selfie!).

  • The "Refresh" Station: Life happens! We keep our space fully stocked with complimentary feminine hygiene products, lint rollers, pimple patches, luxury lotions, makeup wipes, and other quick-fix essentials so you leave feeling entirely refreshed and ready for whatever is next on your schedule.
