We know that looking for a new salon is such a huge decision. We have created our website to give you a concierge-level experience. One of our goals in creating it was for you to know that we are all about you, even before you walk through our door. As we begin our relationship with you, we will be there for you each step of the way. Once we get an idea of what you are looking for, we will match you up with the perfect stylist.
On the day you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted with a cheery, inviting, and warm smile. Our Consultations are thorough and detailed, and our services are executed with great care to get you the hair of your dreams. We will custom design your at-home hair regimen and educate you in better ways to work with your hair. You have enough tough decisions to make in your life and deciding on who to trust your hair with, should not be one of them. Before your appointment concludes, we will plan your future visits to best-fit your schedule in every best way possible.

We are always ready to chat about must-see shows, movies, and exchange weeknight recipe ideas. Our perspective is that your style and well-being is a big part of your self-care. what to expect after you book with us:
Your stylist will be notified of your Appointment Request immediately upon booking.
You will receive a confirmation notifying you that your appointment request has been made. Your stylist will reach out if they have any questions.
Confirm your appointment when you receive either the e-mail reminder, issued (3) days prior to your appointment, or the text reminder, issued (2) days prior to your appointment.
If you have any questions related to your appointment, e-mail is the preferred method of contact and someone on the team will get back to you within 24 hours during our business hours. This is extra important if you feel uncertain about which hair service(s) may be right for you.
Wash your hair if you are receiving a colour service. The coverage or lift cannot be guaranteed if natural oils, dirts, or products block the colour from lifting or adding pigment to the hair.
Arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment and check in at the front desk; we will complete your profile and offer you a refreshment from our beverage & snack bar.

We take pride in our reviews, and it’s no secret how we got there - every service is performed with intent. We highly suggest choosing one of our packages specifically curated for your stylist to get to know your hair and accommodate the unknown during your first visit with us:

*For extra long hair (past your bra strap) and extra thick hair, it is vital that you contact your stylist prior to your appointment as this will likely require additional timing and therefore, cost. Please include 1-2 photos of your hair as well as 2-3 inspiration hair photos.
If you are uncertain which package is for you, please follow the instructions above and we will be happy to assist. All packages include a Haircut & Blowdry. If you do not need a haircut, an adjustment will be made to your final ticket price. Prices vary according to your stylist’s level.

the FASHIONISTA
If you’re looking to enter the world of Fashion Tones or Vivid Colour. This service is also for hair that has visible damage, needs to be lightened with care, has multiple areas of banding throughout the hair that needs to be balanced, and/or is about to have a transformative makeover.
Transformative hair makeovers generally require a minimum of 3 processes, all included in this package. We’ve also included every treatment necessary to preserve the integrity your hair as you enter the colorful world of hair.
