EXPERIENCED IN THE VALUE OF COMMUNICATION, UNDERSTANDING THE INDIVIDUAL NEEDS OF A BRIDE IS JUST AS IMPORTANT AS THE FLOW OF SERVICES ON "THE BIG DAY". ON-LOCATION SERVICES AND IN-HOUSE WEDDING DAY SERVICES ARE BOTH AVAILABLE THROUGH PHILOSOPHE.
First time clients are required to secure their appointment with a non-refundable credit card deposit of 50%. If the appointment needs to be rescheduled and is done so within 24-48 hours, the deposit will remain fully applicable towards the service(s) booked. For all our clients, new and existing, if the booked appointment is missed and/or less than 24 hours notice is given, the deposit will be lost. We want to do our best to accommodate every client, please leave a message if it is after working hours.
All confirmations of appointments are sent via text or e-mail. Please be sure we have the correct information by notifying us of any change of information at your appointment.
